PAYMENT:
- We accept Paypal, Money/Postal Orders
- Please note that through Paypal, quick delivery of your purchase is ensured.
- Cashiers cheques and eCheck are also welcome. Please allow 5~7 business days for funds to be cleared and once payment has been cleared, your order will be processed the same as with PayPal - quickly and accurately.
- If you are sending the payment via Postal Service, please state clearly your Full Name, your Postal Address and Order Number.
- All funds must be in US dollars.
- NO PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE ACCEPTED.
RETURNS:
- Luxy offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all item purchases. Your tracking number will determine the date your item arrived.
- If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased, please contact us via email RMA@LUXYSTORE.COM to obtain RMA request instructions, an email will be sent to you attched with a RMA request form. Please follow the instruction and have your item(s) returned to us within the 14 day grace period. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Returned item must be in its original (unused) condition and packaging, in which the item was received.
- We will then provide the full refund for the item you purchased, minus the original shipping and handling costs.
- For return or exchange item buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse any item that is sent back to us stamped at the post after this 14-day grace period.
- Please insure your package and have a tracking number for it.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund.
