Our Shipping & Handling Charges are different depending on the size of our items. Please Check each item's template for correct charge. International Orders Please write us. We don't make money off the Shipping.

First Class Mail : Please wait 7~14 business days for your package to arrive. Priority Mail: Usually you will receive the package within 3 business days. We always send out the package within 2 business days after we receive the payment. Once your item is in transit it can take up to 5 business days. International will take longer. Please note, we do not control the speed of the post office in US and your country. Please be patient.

Insurance of $1.30 covers up to $50 (Offered only for USA/Canada orders). Other countries, please write us.

Returns will ONLY be accepted under the following conditions: -Unopened product returned for Refund (less shipping and 15% restocking fee) -Unopened product returned for Exchange (buyer is responsible for all shipping costs) -Defective product returned for Refund/Credit (Refund/Credit {less shipping} will be issued upon receipt of the Dead On Arrival DOA products -Defective product returned for Replacement -Damaged, lost or stolen packages due to carrier error will only be refund/credit/replaced upon purchase of insurance.
